How do I sign up to zPlan?
Simply head to the pricing page and sign up for a free trial of our software. There is no obligation to sign up for a package and we do not take any payment details until you choose to continue to use our services after your trial is expired.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
Login and head to your account settings, enter your billing details and confirm the correct subscription for you. If you do not enter any billing details, your account will stay dormant and unable to create plans.
How can I pay?
Once a subscription has been selected billing details entered we take payment from the card details entered on a monthly basis. We do not offer payment via invoice.
Am I contracted for a year when I sign up?
No, you can deactivate your account whenever you like as well as pay-per-plan accounts have no recurring fee and you can swap between account types whenever you like, too.
How does "You sketch, We draw" work?
Once you have set up an account with zPlan and entered your billing details, simply send the plans to support@zplan.co.uk
How long does "You Sketch, We Draw" take to get back?
We aim to get your plan back to you the following working day.
Can I use zPlan on my tablet?
Yes our platform works on all modern browsers and our App is compatible with iOS, Android and all mobile devices.
Can the software be used offline?
This is done through our mobile app for iPads. It allows users to draw plans on-site without the need for an internet connection. Plans can then be synced with your zPlan subscription and exported as normal.
Can I personalise my floor plans?
Yes. If you navigate to the settings section of your dashboard, you can add your logo. Click on ‘Logo’, you will be able to upload an image and set the watermark transparency. You will see your company logo at the bottom of the symbols bar, and from here it can be dragged onto the floor plan and resized/rotated whilst in Export mode. Your actual plans can be personalised as per your clients wishes (pink if you want).
Do you offer 3D floor plans?
The ability to produce 3D floor plans comes as standard with all subscriptions. Once you have completed the plan you can save it and then navigate to ‘export’ the plan. Select the ‘3D Mode’ and the plan will appear as a 3D Plan.

Do you offer training?
We are not currently offering classroom based training. However, our training partner Quidos offer an online floor plan training course (using zPlan) and can be purchased through their website: https://quidos.co.uk/product/floor-plan-training-course-online/
Are there any promotional codes?
There are not currently any promotional codes, but we do occasionally offer these in our monthly newsletter. Additionally, if you subscribe to a yearly package, you essentially only pay for 10 months.
