UK Government confirmed the property markets remain open during lockdown

Government has confirmed the introduction of a nationwide lockdown from 5th January 2021. Despite similarities to the first lockdown, we are pleased to confirm that the property market remains open for the foreseeable.

Advice on home moving is during coronavirus remains unchanged and as such estate agents, energy assessors, tradespeople and removal firms can still operate inside homes, providing they do so in a safe manner.

zPlan welcome this move, as an industry, the property market is crucial to the economy and with the end of stamp duty deadline on March 31st, it is imperative that the industry remain open. We do however believe that people who work inside properties have their part to play in reducing the spread of the virus and protecting their clients as well as their selves. We therefore strongly advise all of our subscribers to adhere to Government guidelines at all time.

As a company, it is business as usual, we remain fully open to both our current customers and new customers for subscriptions, advice and technical support. Our dedicated team are able to work from home so that our service to you is unaffected.
