May update: a new virtual tour partner, personalised floor plans & more

This month has flown by, and that’s usually a good sign that we’re all very busy! As predicted in our last newsletter, the property market continues to boom, and the “buzz” around the industry persists.

Off the back of this, we would like to welcome new subscribers and remind all clients of our commitment to providing the highest level of support, which leads us on to some exciting news below.

zPlan partners with Made Snappy

We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Made Snappy, a virtual tour platform designed for Letting Agents and Estate Agents. Virtual tours are another exciting development in the world of prop tech, saving property professionals and buyers time by reducing the number of viewings that do not result in an offer.

Made Snappy’s software is easy to use, delivering free online training for all of your staff and free technical support. Taking less than 20 minutes to create, their virtual tour is cost-effective and enables you to filter tenants and buyers while reducing the volume of second viewings. It’s also a great tool for winning over landlords and vendors.

The zPlan team are thrilled to have joined forces with a company that share our dedication to software that is easy to use and designed with the customer in mind. In a digital-first world, it’s clear that present and future property viewings can and will revolve around virtual tour technology. We greatly look forward to working with Made Snappy to develop and improve our services for our customers’ benefit.

Another bonus? As part of this partnership, zPlan customers can enjoy a £50 discount on Made Snappy’s quick start package using code: ZPLAN21

zPlan steps up support

Since our last newsletter, we have been working hard to offer more support to our users. As such we are pleased to announce our new dedicated support page, available to subscribers here. It is also accessible by clicking the “help” button within the software. This page will be updated with support documents, common queries, and advice on creating floor plans and using zPlan software. The first document to go up is a guide to zPlan icons.

As always, we welcome any requests and feedback on the service we supply, so please contact if you have any suggestions.

Video tip of the month

Personalised floor plans tailored to suit clients are fast becoming popular amongst our users, helping to set them apart from the crowd. Our latest video tip of the month focuses on colouring rooms, which enables you to add a bespoke touch to clients’ plans.

Any room created within zPlan software can be coloured any shade. Simply click the room in question and select your colour of choice.

Here’s our video demonstrating the steps:

zPlan’s customisation capabilities stretch beyond this, too – you can add logos, watermarks, and text. Interested? Keep an eye on the support page for more personalisation tips.

We hope our monthly newsletter has served up some valuable insights. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact a member of our friendly team.
