May update: a new virtual tour partner, personalised floor plans & more

This month has flown by, and that’s usually a good sign that we’re all very busy! As predicted in our last newsletter, the property market continues to boom, and the “buzz” around the industry persists.

zPlan partners with Made Snappy

We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Made Snappy, a virtual tour platform designed for Letting Agents and Estate Agents. Virtual tours are another exciting development in the world of prop tech, saving property professionals and buyers time by reducing the number of viewings that do not result in an offer.

Made Snappy’s software is easy to use, delivering free online training for all of your staff and free technical support. zPlan steps up support

Since our last newsletter, we have been working hard to offer more support to our users. As such we are pleased to announce our new dedicated support page, available to subscribers here. It is also accessible by clicking the “help” button within the software. This page will be updated with support documents, common queries, and advice on creating floor plans and using zPlan software. The first document to go up is a guide to zPlan icons.

Video tip of the month

Personalised floor plans tailored to suit clients are fast becoming popular amongst our users, helping to set them apart from the crowd. Our latest video tip of the month focuses on colouring rooms, which enables you to add a bespoke touch to clients’ plans.

Any room created within zPlan software can be coloured any shade. Simply click the room in question and select your colour of choice.
