In a month that has seen major estate agents claim that house buyers are making offers on homes prior to viewing, and further reports that dozens of people queued overnight to get the first choice on houses, it further reinforces zPlan’s opinion of the importance of floor plans and virtual tours. Video tip of the month 

Drawing complex-shaped rooms can be difficult. Therefore, it is important to have an easy to use functionality that allows you to change the shape of the room quickly and effectively. zPlan has specific functionality for drawing complex rooms, where you tick the “complex” tab and simply draw away clicking every time you wish to change direction.
