January 2022 update: kicking off the new year with branding updates & video tip of the month

Happy New Year to all our zPlan users!

2021 was a great year for zPlan which saw our subscribers rise significantly, coinciding with numerous new features and improvements to the desktop software and the release of a mobile app for Android. We’re striving for more of the same amazing progress this year to include developing our YouTube channel! 2022 has already kicked off with an exciting bang for us, as we’ve been nominated for an award at the National Energy Efficiency Awards – read more here!

Revamped branding feature

We have seen an increase in user requests wanting the ability to improve the branding of their Floor Plans. With business booming for many, they are seeing different clients requiring different logos; colours and general look & feel of their plans. We listen very carefully to recommendations so….you asked, and we actioned it! You can now host x9 different logos and x9 custom colour palettes.

Your logos will now be accessible in the toolbar, without the need to separately upload and remove new ones. You can customise your rooms with colour, without the need to press any buttons – simply name them and it will change to your allocated colour within the agreed custom palette (see images below).

Video Tip of the Month

We have seen an increased amount of curved wall queries over the last couple of months, so our latest Video Tip of the Month focuses specifically on curving walls which hopefully answers all your questions. As you’ll see in our video, it’s simple and can be done in as little as 2 clicks! And as an added bonus, it automatically changes the area for you also.
